These terms govern your use of the 10growth sales platform — the web application, the mobile app, and this website. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to them on behalf of your company. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
01 The service
10growth provides a sales workspace: a lead directory compiled from public sources and enriched by AI, a mobile CRM for field reps, visit planning with GPS-verified check-in, customer health tracking, and an SLA ticket inbox.
We improve the product continuously. We may add, change or retire features, but we will not materially reduce core functionality you rely on during a paid term without notice.
02 Pilot phase
10growth is currently offered to selected companies as a guided pilot. Access is granted after a demo, not by self-service sign-up. Pilot workspaces are set up with our team and may include limits on seats, lead volume or features, agreed with you in writing.
Pricing is not yet published. Any commercial terms for your pilot are those stated in your order form or email confirmation, which prevail over this page if they conflict.
03 Accounts, workspaces & roles
A workspace belongs to your company. The Owner and Sales Admin may invite reps and managers, set roles, and remove access. Each user needs their own login — accounts must not be shared.
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity carried out under your workspace. Tell us promptly at hello@10growth.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
04 Your data and content
You own your workspace content — your deals, notes, visit records, customers and uploads. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it in order to run the service for you.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with other customers, and do not use your workspace content to train third-party AI models. On termination you may export your data; see the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
05 Using lead data responsibly
Leads we provide are business contact records compiled from public sources, given to you for legitimate B2B outreach. When you contact them, you become the controller of that outreach and must comply with the PDPA and any applicable marketing rules — including honouring opt-out requests and keeping a lawful basis for contact.
You must not resell, publish or redistribute the directory, scrape it in bulk, or use it for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Scores and enrichment are estimates to help prioritise, not guarantees of accuracy or of a sale.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the platform;
- probe, load-test or interfere with our systems or other tenants;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes another party's rights;
- enter sensitive personal data (health, religion, biometrics, criminal records) into the workspace;
- use the mobile app's location features to track staff outside working duties, or without informing them.
We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform, our other customers, or individuals' data at risk, and will tell you why.
07 Availability & support
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is during the pilot, without an SLA credit scheme unless your order form states one. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Pilot customers get onboarding and support in Thai and English from our team during business hours.
08 Our intellectual property
The platform, its software, models, design, brand and documentation remain our property. Your feedback is welcome and we may act on it without obligation, but we will never publish it as your endorsement without asking.
09 Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunity. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or THB 10,000 during an unpaid pilot.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
10 Term & termination
Either party may end a pilot with 14 days written notice. Paid subscriptions run for the term in your order form. We may suspend or terminate for material breach if it is not fixed within 14 days of notice.
After termination we keep your workspace recoverable for 90 days, then delete or irreversibly anonymise it.
11 Changes to these terms
We will give workspace owners at least 14 days notice by email and in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok. We will always try to resolve things by discussion first.
